The Perineum
Underneath the vulva (or behind, if you wish) is the smooth, delicate skin of the perineum, which runs between the vulva and the anus. This area is sensitive to touch and stimulation, like all the parts of the genitals, as well as temperature. It is worthwhile to discover the different sensations that each part gives. It might respond well to light touch, or even to massage.

This area may have torn or been cut during childbirth, but it heals easily so don’t be scared to discover it.
